Description
Plastic model helicopter for assembly: Aerospatiale SA 316B Alouette III Securite Civile 1:72 Heller 56289 STARTER KIT
The Aerospatiale Alouette III is a light, multi-purpose helicopter of French production, which has become one of the most recognizable designs in its class. The machine was developed as an evolution of the Alouette II model, offering greater cargo space, a more powerful engine, and improved aerodynamic properties. The SA 316B version, represented by this model, featured a reinforced transmission system and an increased maximum takeoff weight.
These helicopters played a key role in the French emergency services (Securite Civile), where, thanks to their maneuverability and excellent cockpit visibility, they were perfectly suited for mountain, rescue, and surveillance missions. The Alouette III was operated for decades, gaining a reputation as a reliable machine in the most difficult terrain conditions.
The model kit from Heller is a complete starter package that allows you to build a miniature of this legendary helicopter. The model includes optional snow skids, allowing for the representation of the machine in a mountain rescue configuration.
Main features of the set:- Possibility to build the model in two liveries: Securite Civile (Annecy, 1994) and Sapeurs-Pompiers (Montpellier, 2006).
- The set includes basic accessories: plastic glue, a brush, and 3 selected acrylic paints.
- Detailed decals for both painting versions.
- Optional equipment in the form of skids for landing on snow.
