Armee de l'air WWII French Aircraft Colors Paint Set 6x22ml Lifecolor CS56
A high-quality acrylic paint set by Lifecolor, specially developed for painting aircraft of the French Air Force (Armée de l'Air) from the World War II era. The colors have been selected to allow for an accurate representation of the camouflage used since 1938, including paint schemes from the Battle of France and Vichy aviation.
The set includes 6 bottles, each containing 22 ml:
- UA 141 Gris Bleu Clair - Light Blue Grey (undersurfaces from 1938)
- UA 142 Kaki Français - French Khaki (uppersurfaces from 1938)
- UA 143 Brun Foncé - Dark Brown (uppersurfaces from late 1938)
- UA 144 Chamois - Sand/Beige color (interiors and metal parts 1939-1945)
- UA 145 Gris Bleu Foncé - Dark Blue Grey (uppersurfaces from late 1938)
- UA 146 Vert Pomme - Green (uppersurfaces from late 1938)
Lifecolor paints are characterized by excellent coverage and are odorless. They can be applied with both a brush and an airbrush. For airbrush painting, it is recommended to thin with the dedicated Lifecolor Thinner at a ratio of 1:1 or to a milk-like consistency, at low working pressure.
