Description

Plastic military model kit: Bergepanzer 2 1:35 Takom 2122 Bergepanzer 2 is a West German, and currently German, tracked armored recovery vehicle (ARV), whose design is based on the chassis of the Leopard 1 main battle tank. This vehicle was developed to provide technical support to armored units, enabling the towing of damaged vehicles, engine replacement, and repair work in field conditions. The Takom model in 1:35 scale accurately depicts this specialized vehicle, utilizing the hull, running gear, and the MTU MB 838 Ca-M 500 engine with 830 HP known from the Leopard 1. A key feature of the design is the armored crew compartment and rich technical equipment, including a hydraulic crane mounted on the right side of the hull. Original characteristics:
