A 1:76 scale model kit depicting two key elements of British logistics and anti-aircraft defense from World War II: the Bofors 40 mm anti-aircraft gun and the Morris CS8 artillery tractor.
History of the originals:
- Bofors 40 mm Gun: Designed in 1930 by the Swedish company Bofors, it became the standard light anti-aircraft armament of British forces and many other nations. It was valued for its high effectiveness against targets up to 3000 meters altitude.
- Morris CS8 Tractor: This 15-cwt 4x2 truck was the transport backbone of the British Army. Combined with the Bofors gun, it formed a mobile anti-aircraft unit that protected convoys and military installations from air attacks on all fronts of the war.
