The Citroën 2CV, commonly known as the "Duck" (fr. Deux Chevaux), is one of the most iconic cars in automotive history. The AZU-B 250 Fourgonnette model is the delivery version of this legendary vehicle, which debuted in the spring of 1951. These vans, based on the 2CV chassis, were distinguished from the B-pillar by a spacious, boxy cargo area with double doors at the rear. Thanks to their reliability, simplicity of construction, and excellent suspension, they became an inseparable part of the French landscape, serving craftsmen, farmers, as well as public services such as the fire department or the post office.

The 1963 AZU-B version was powered by an air-cooled two-cylinder engine with 29 hp, allowing it to reach a top speed of about 120 km/h. The production of these versatile vehicles lasted for three decades until they were replaced by the Acadiane model in 1978.
