The history and significance of the Ford Model T:
The Ford Model T, produced by the Ford Motor Company from October 1, 1908, to May 26, 1927, is considered the first car available to the middle class. Thanks to an innovative approach to production, including the use of the assembly line, Ford was able to significantly reduce production costs, which translated into an affordable price for consumers. In 1910, the price was $780, and by 1924 it had dropped to $290, making the Model T extremely popular.
The Model T was powered by a four-cylinder engine with an output of 22.5 HP and became an incredibly versatile vehicle. It was used not only for transporting passengers but also in agriculture and as a specialist vehicle, including as a fire truck. Fire truck versions were used to protect warehouses, airports, and military camps from fires.
