The Gunpla MSK-008 Dijeh HGUC 1:144 plastic model kit is an excellent choice for fans of the Gundam series and modeling enthusiasts. This detailed set allows you to create a miniature of one of the most iconic mobile suits from the Gundam universe. Dijeh, known from the "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" series, is a machine piloted by Amuro Ray, one of the most famous pilots in Gundam history.

Features and functions of the model:

Two different mono-eye construction variants: one with a simple rail, the other with a double eye. They can be swapped, but this requires partial disassembly of the head unit.

Articulation:

• The head can rotate, tilt, and move forward/backward on a double ball joint.
• The upper torso can lean forward and slightly rotate.
• Each shoulder joint can lift, allowing the arms to be raised above ground level.
• The shoulder joint construction can extend, allowing forward/backward movement.
• The shield mounted on the right arm moves independently on a ball joint.
• The arms can rotate on a ball joint and socket and lift horizontally.
• The upper elbows can rotate.
• The elbows and knees are double-jointed and can bend to about 180 degrees.
• The manipulators can rotate on a ball joint and socket.
• The waist can rotate, although it is limited by the red cockpit flap unless lifted.
• The front and side skirt armors can lift to avoid hindering leg articulation.
• The hip joint axis is a see-saw type joint, allowing upward/downward movement on one side.
• The upper thighs can move forward (and to a limited extent backward) on a pin, lift horizontally, and/or rotate at each part.
• The ankles can tilt to some extent or slightly rotate.

Weapons and other features:

• The hands are interchangeable.
• Each weapon must be held by the appropriate hands.
• When using the Beam Rifle, the model can be posed supporting the rifle with the left hand using the open hand.
• The Clay Bazooka can be stored on either side of the backpack or on the left arm using the connecting element.
• The Beam Naginata can optionally be removed from the rear waist armor (using a connector) as a handheld weapon.
• The Dijeh can be mounted on any Action Base (sold separately).

Gunpla is an abbreviation of GUNdamPLAstic model. Models do not require glue or (mostly) painting. They are based on the Japanese series - Gundam - which debuted in Japan in 1979 and featured giant combat robots, reaching heights of up to 18 meters, piloted by humans.

Assembly kit. To assemble, you will need modeling nippers (to cut the model parts from the frames), which are not included in the set. It is also worth equipping yourself with a modeling knife (or a utility knife). The photo shows a professionally assembled model.
