Gunpla is an abbreviation of GUNdamPLAstic model. The models do not require glue or (in most cases) painting. They are based on the Japanese series - Gundam - which debuted in Japan in 1979 and featured giant combat robots, reaching heights of up to 18 meters, piloted by humans.
Assembly kit. To assemble, modeling nippers (to cut the model parts from the frames) are needed, which are not included in the set. It is also worth equipping yourself with a modeling knife (or a utility knife). The photo shows a professionally assembled model.
