The model features an "Easy Assembly" design, making it accessible to both beginner modelers and wargamers looking for units for quick historical games.

Historical background:

The Hotchkiss H39 was a development of the earlier H35 and H38 designs. The main modification in this version was the use of a more powerful 120 hp engine and, in later series, more modern armament in the form of the 37 mm SA38 cannon with a longer barrel, which had significantly better armor-piercing parameters than the older SA18. These tanks took part in the 1940 French campaign and were also used by German forces as captured equipment on many fronts of World War II.
