Item description: The H/PJ38 naval gun is a modern artillery unit used by the People's Liberation Army Navy of China. It was designed in 2005 and first installed on the Type 052D destroyer. This gun is the result of reverse engineering of the Soviet AK-130 gun, but modernized and adapted to contemporary combat requirements.

Manufacturer: Inner Mongolia Second Machinery Manufacturing Factory.
Inspiration: The gun was designed based on the Soviet AK-130, but the Chinese navy deemed the original design outdated, leading to the creation of a new, more advanced model.
