Historical description:

The IJN Akagi was one of the most important aircraft carriers of the Japanese fleet during World War II. It was built as a battlecruiser, but due to the provisions of the Washington Naval Treaty, it was converted into an aircraft carrier. Akagi played a key role in many battles in the Pacific, including the attack on Pearl Harbor in December 1941.
