Information about the IS-2 tank: The IS-2 tank, named after Joseph Stalin, was one of the most powerful heavy tanks used by the Soviet Union during World War II. Its production began in late 1943, and it entered combat service in 1944. This tank was equipped with a powerful 122 mm gun, capable of effectively combating German heavy tanks such as the Tiger and Panther.

The IS-2 also featured solid armor and good maneuverability, making it an effective tool in combat against both other tanks and in assault operations on fortified enemy positions. The 1944 version was additionally equipped with a DShK machine gun and a smoke grenade launcher, enhancing its combat capabilities.
