History and background of the vehicle: The Fiat 500, commonly known as "Topolino" (which in Italian means "little mouse", and is also the Italian equivalent of the name Mickey Mouse), was one of the smallest cars in the world at the time of its production. Manufactured by the Italian company Fiat from 1936 to 1955, the Topolino became a symbol of Italian innovation and style.

The car was designed with low-budget families in mind, offering compact dimensions and economical operation. Equipped with a 569 cc four-cylinder engine, it reached a top speed of about 85 km/h. Although it was initially planned as a two-seater vehicle, it often carried more passengers, which led to suspension modifications in later models.

The Topolino was produced not only in Italy but also under license in other European countries, such as France (as Simca 5) and Germany (by NSU-Fiat). During World War II, the car was used by the Italian and German armies, and after the war, it was used by Allied forces in Europe.
