History and use of Kamaz-4310: The Kamaz-4310 is a truck that gained immense popularity in the Soviet army due to its reliability and versatility. Serial production of this model began in 1981 at the factory in Naberezhnye Chelny. This vehicle was mainly used for transporting personnel and loads weighing up to 6 tons. Since the mid-1980s, the Kamaz-4310 has become the main transport chassis in the Soviet army, as well as the basic medium-class vehicle for mounting various types of superstructures and equipment.

One of the most commonly encountered variants was the trucks with KUNG-type bodies, which were used for mounting specialized equipment and transporting personnel. The version with the K4320D body was particularly popular. The Kamaz-4310 is still used by the armed forces of several countries, including Ukraine, where it successfully performs its functions.
