Plastic car model kit: Lancia Stratos HF "1980 Monte-Carlo Rally" 1:24 Hasegawa 20810
A detailed plastic model kit depicting the legendary Lancia Stratos HF rally car in the 1980 Monte Carlo Rally livery. The kit allows you to build a replica of the machine that competed in the colors of the private "Chardonnay" team, driven by Bernard Darniche and Alain Mahé.
The Lancia Stratos HF is one of the most iconic cars in the history of rallying. Designed from the ground up for Group 4 competition, it featured a wedge-shaped body designed by the Bertone studio and a mid-mounted V6 engine from the Ferrari Dino. The Stratos dominated rally stages in the mid-70s, winning three consecutive championship titles, and its agility and compact dimensions made it extremely effective on twisty, asphalt, and snowy special stages, such as those in Monte Carlo.
Model features:
- Scale: 1:24
- Faithful reproduction of the Lancia Stratos HF silhouette in rally specification
- Body parts molded in blue
- The kit includes new decals for the "Chardonnay" team (1980 Monte Carlo Rally)
- Additional rally spotlights mounted on the front hood
- Detailed cabin interior with a roll cage
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. To assemble, you need separately sold modeling tools (e.g., nippers, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and plastic model glue (e.g., Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
