Lifecolor LC01 Matt White 22ml paint LC01
High-quality acrylic paint by Lifecolor in white color (Matt White), marked with code LC01. This is a matte paint with a very wide range of applications in modeling, ideal for both brush and airbrush painting.
- Application: The white color is essential as a base for light, pastel, and vibrant colors (e.g., yellow, red), preventing them from darkening due to a darker undercoat.
- Modeling techniques: It works perfectly in the preshading technique (marbling) on a black background, allowing for naturalistic wear effects characteristic of aircraft operating in harsh weather conditions, such as US NAVY machines.
- Dilution: It is recommended to use the dedicated Lifecolor Thinner or water to achieve a milk-like consistency. When airbrushing, Lifecolor thinner helps slow down the drying of the paint on the needle.
- Application method: The best results are achieved by applying several thin layers instead of one thick one.
- Cleaning: Tools should be washed in water immediately after finishing work. Dried paint can be removed with stronger solvents, as it becomes water-resistant and resistant to the dedicated thinner after curing.
