Lifecolor UA270 Olive Drab SCC 15 22ml paint UA270
High-quality acrylic paint by Lifecolor in Olive Drab color (S.C.C. No 15), intended for painting plastic models and other hobby applications. This is an olive-brown color that served as the basic camouflage for mechanical vehicles of the British army in the late stages of World War II (from spring 1944).
- Application: This color was introduced to standardize painting with vehicles supplied by the USA and replaced the previously used shade S.C.C. No 2.
- Characteristics: The paint is odorless, non-toxic, and provides a matte finish.
- Usage: It can be applied with both a brush and an airbrush. When airbrushing, it is recommended to thin it with Lifecolor Thinner to a milk-like consistency.
- Practical tips: It is better to apply several thin layers than one thick one. Tools should be washed with water immediately after use.
