Plastic model kit depicting the Soviet jet fighter MiG-17F and its Polish development version Lim-6 bis in 1:48 scale. The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-17 (NATO reporting name: Fresco) is one of the most iconic designs of the Cold War era, being a development of the famous MiG-15. The aircraft featured a new Klimov VK-1F engine with an afterburner and improved aerodynamics of the more swept wings.
The MiG-17F version was the basic production variant, while the Lim-6 bis is a Polish ground-attack modification produced by PZL-Mielec, adapted for operation from grass airfields and equipped with additional hardpoints for unguided ordnance.
