Description

Plastic model aircraft kit: MiG-25 BM 1:48 ICM 48905 Plastic model kit depicting the MiG-25 BM - a Soviet attack aircraft and a breakthrough design from the Cold War era. At the end of the 1960s, the Mikoyan design bureau developed the MiG-25, the world's first interceptor fighter capable of reaching Mach 3. In parallel, the MiG-25RB reconnaissance-bomber version was developed, on the basis of which the specialized anti-radar modification MiG-25BM was created in 1977. The BM version featured a new nose section with a radar and the capability to carry four Kh-58U (X-58U) anti-radiation missiles. Only about 40 examples of this machine were produced, which served in the Soviet Union's air force, and later in Russia's. Model specification:
