Description
Plastic model airplane to assemble: MiG-25 FOXBAT 1:72 Hasegawa D4
The MiG-25 FOXBAT 1:72 model from Hasegawa is an excellent choice for aviation and modeling enthusiasts. This kit allows you to create a replica of one of the fastest interceptor fighters ever built. The MiG-25, also known as the Foxbat, was a Soviet aircraft designed to counter the American XB-70 Valkyrie bomber. Although the Valkyrie never went into production, the MiG-25 became one of the most famous aircraft of the USSR.

The model represents the MiG-25P Foxbat-A version, which was used by the Soviet Air Forces. One of the most notable events associated with this aircraft was the defection of pilot Viktor Belenko to Japan in September 1976, which allowed the West to examine this machine closely.
The MiG-25 was known for its impressive performance, including the ability to reach speeds close to Mach 3 and an altitude of 25 kilometers in just 208 seconds. It was an aircraft that posed a challenge to American strategic aviation for many years.
