A plastic model kit representing the Soviet supersonic interceptor aircraft Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-25 PD/PDS Foxbat in 1:48 scale. This is a modern kit developed from new molds (new tool), which guarantees high detail and precise fit of the parts.

The MiG-25, known in NATO code as Foxbat, is one of the most iconic designs of the Cold War. Designed as an interceptor capable of reaching speeds exceeding Mach 3, it was intended to counter American strategic bombers and SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft. The PD (Perekvatchik Dorabotannyi) version and its PDS upgrade represented a significant improvement over the original design, introducing the new Saphir-25 radar, look-down/shoot-down capability, and modernized avionics and infrared search and track systems.

Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. To assemble, you will need separately sold modeling tools (e.g., nippers, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and plastic model glue (e.g., Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
