Modern Czech AF Paint Set Vol. 1 6x17ml Hataka HTK-BS89

Acrylic paint set from the Blue Line series, optimized for brush painting, containing standard colors of the Czech military aviation used since the 1990s.

The Air Force of the Czech Republic was one of the first among the armies of the former Warsaw Pact to develop a completely new camouflage scheme. The new color scheme was first observed in the mid-1990s on W-3 Sokol helicopters, and later introduced on Mi-2, Mi-8/17/171, and Mi-24V aircraft. In the mid-2000s, the same scheme was adopted for Let L-410 transport aircraft and (in a version without green color) for L-159A/T1 ALCA light fighters and training aircraft. Since 2005, the Czech Air Force has also operated JAS 39C/D Gripen fighters, which wear a standard two-tone gray camouflage.

• HTK-B301 Dark Olive Green (FS34096) - used on the upper surfaces of Mi-24V, W-3A, Mi-8/17/171 helicopters and L-410 and C-295M aircraft
• HTK-B037 Light Ghost Grey (FS36375) - used on the lower surfaces of Mi-24V, W-3A, Mi-8/17/171 helicopters and L-410, C-295M, and L-159A/T1 aircraft
• HTK-B265 Neutral Grey (FS36173) - standard color of the upper surfaces of Czech JAS 39C/D Gripen fighters
• HTK-B302 Gripen Grey (FS36373) - standard color of the lower surfaces of Czech JAS 39C/D Gripen fighters
