Modern Finnish Army AFV Paint Set 6x17ml Hataka HTK-BS65

Acrylic paint set from the Blue Line series, optimized for brush application, containing the standard colors of Finnish armored vehicles used since 1959.

History and Usage:

In 1959, the Finnish Army introduced the color "Kimmo Kenttävihreä" (Kimmo Field Green) as the basic camouflage color for its combat vehicles. In 1976, it was replaced by the shade "Kenttävihreä" (Field Green). Another significant change occurred in 1981 when a new four-color "splinter" camouflage pattern was introduced. It consisted of dark green (AN11), light green (AN22), brown (AN33 – mainly used on vehicles such as BUK, XA-360), and black (AN44). This scheme was implemented on all vehicles in service at that time, including T-54/55, BTR-50, and PT-76. In winter conditions, a washable white paint is additionally used, covering areas of light green and part of the dark green surfaces.
