Description
Model paint set from the Orange Line series (Lacquer Based Formula) designed for painting British Royal Air Force (RAF) training aircraft from the 1950s. The set contains 8 bottles, each with a capacity of 17 ml.
Contents of the set:
- HTK-C003 Silver: Color known as "High Speed Silver", used as the general paint for RAF training aircraft until 1966.
- HTK-C194 Luminous Orange: "Day-Glo Orange" color, used for painting high visibility markings on airframe components.
- HTK-C217 BS Light Aircraft Grey: Standard overall color for training aircraft after 1966 (BS381C:627).
- HTK-C101 Traffic White: Used in the "tricolour" scheme for painting the upper parts of the fuselage and tail (from the early 70s to 1990).
- HTK-C276 BS Signal Red: BS381C:537 color, used on the lower parts of the fuselage and wing tips in the "tricolour" scheme.
