Application:

2. Removing excess: After application, excess putty can be removed with a cotton pad or cotton swab soaked in a thinner, such as Lacquer Thinner or T-101 Mr.Color Thinner.
3. Processing: Once dry, the surface can be sanded and polished using a file, sanding stick, sandpaper, or sanding sponge.

Usage tips:

• Shrinkage: Single-component putties, such as Mr. Dissolved Putty, tend to shrink due to solvent evaporation. It is recommended to apply with a slight excess to compensate for this effect.
• Layered application: For larger voids, it is recommended to apply the putty in several layers, allowing each to dry before applying the next.
• Drying time: A single layer dries completely after several hours to a dozen hours, depending on the thickness and amount of putty applied.
