Mr. Hobby N060 IJA Green paint 10ml N060

The paint from the Acrysion series is a modern, water-based acrylic paint characterized by high safety in use and excellent modeling properties. The color N060 IJA Green (semi-gloss) corresponds to the standard green used on the upper surfaces of Japanese Army Air Force (IJAAF) aircraft during World War II, also known as Nakajima Dark Green or IJAAF #21 Midori Iro.

The Acrysion series has been developed to minimize the problem of paint drying on the airbrush needle, allowing for long and comfortable work when painting details and camouflage. After complete curing, the coating becomes extremely durable, resistant to scratches and the action of masking tapes.

Instructions for use:

• The contents of the jar must be mixed very thoroughly before painting.
• The paint can be applied with a brush or airbrush.
• When airbrushing, it is recommended to thin with dedicated Acrysion Solvent in a ratio of 1:0.5-1.5.
• For improved adhesion on difficult surfaces, it is worth using a primer such as Mr. Surfacer.
• The surface after painting can be protected with clear coats from the Acrysion series (e.g., N-020 matte or N-030 gloss).

The IJAAF #21 color was a deep green based on chromium oxide with a delicate olive tint. Although it does not have a perfect equivalent in the Federal Standard palette, it is close to RAL 6020 (Chromoxidgrün).
