Mr.Hobby MT301 Waterproof Sandpaper Set Rough (6 pcs)

A set of high-quality waterproof sandpapers from the renowned Japanese manufacturer Mr.Hobby (GSI Creos). The "Rough" pack is designed for initial and intermediate surface treatment of plastic, resin, and wooden models.

The set includes a total of 6 sheets measuring 9x23 cm, divided into three popular grits:

2 sheets with P400 grit - intended for removing larger excess material, mold line marks, and initial leveling of applied putty.
2 sheets with P600 grit - ideal for smoothing the surface after rough work and preparing the part for further finishing work.
2 sheets with P1000 grit - dedicated to final surface smoothing before applying primer or gently dulling the plastic.

These papers are characterized by high durability and flexibility. They can be used both dry and wet. Sanding with water allows for a smoother surface and prevents the abrasive grain from clogging with dust, which significantly extends the life of each sheet. The sheets can be freely cut to the desired shapes or wrapped around sanding blocks, which facilitates work on details and flat surfaces.
