Plastic model aircraft kit: Nakajima Ki-43 II Hayabusa Aces 1:72 Arma Hobby 70087
The Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa, known by the Allied code name "Oscar", was one of the most important and recognizable fighters of the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. This machine, being the successor to the Ki-27 model, was characterized by exceptional maneuverability, which in the initial phase of the conflict allowed Japanese pilots to dominate over the heavier and less maneuverable enemy aircraft. The Ki-43 II version introduced a number of improvements, including a more powerful Nakajima Ha-115 engine with a two-stage supercharger and a reinforced wing structure.
The Arma Hobby kit with catalog number 70087 is the "Aces" edition, which focuses on the paint schemes of machines piloted by the most effective Japanese fighter aces. The 1:72 scale model has been developed with attention to structural details, offering modelers high-quality surface reproduction and cockpit interior.
Model characteristics:- Precise plastic moldings reproducing the details of the Ki-43 II version.
- High-quality decals with markings for Japanese army aviation aces.
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. To assemble, you need separately sold modeling tools (e.g. nippers, files, tweezers), paints, brushes and plastic model glue (e.g. Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
