Plastic car model kit: Nissan Fairlady Z (Z32) Version R Twin Turbo 2by2 "Midnight Plamo" 1:24 Hasegawa SP671
A unique plastic model kit depicting a Japanese automotive icon - the Nissan Fairlady Z (Z32) Version R Twin Turbo 2by2. This edition is a special project created as part of a collaboration between Hasegawa and the popular racing game series "Tokyo Xtreme Racer" (known in Japan as Shutokou Battle). The model represents the "Midnight Plamo" machine, driven in the game world by Ai Hasegawa - the eldest of three sisters who run a model shop.
The Z32 generation Nissan Fairlady Z, known in the West as the 300ZX, debuted in 1989 and revolutionized the perception of Japanese sports cars. The Twin Turbo version with the VG30DETT engine offered impressive performance, and the 2by2 variant featured an extended body accommodating four people. This limited edition model stands out with its unique paint scheme and decal set referencing the tuning culture and night racing on Tokyo highways.
Kit features:
- Body parts molded in purple.
- A set of new decals with "Midnight Plamo" graphics and rose motifs.
- Includes window masks to facilitate precise painting of seals.
- Faithful reproduction of the R Twin Turbo 2by2 version silhouette.
- Detailed interior and chassis details.
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. To assemble, you will need separately sold modeling tools (e.g., nippers, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and plastic model glue (e.g., Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
