The RTY-4 model is a rotary cutter with a blade diameter of 18 mm.

Thanks to the small blade diameter, this cutter easily cuts along curved lines and also cuts out fine details;
Like other models of rotary blade cutters, this model is also equipped with a blade guard;
The blade used in this cutter is made of stainless steel.

The unique features of the rotary blade also pose a serious risk of cuts. To minimize this risk, the cutter is equipped with a blade guard that must be extended when the cutter is not in use.
