2 Pack Grey Primer Paint Set 1x100ml, 1x60ml, 1x30ml Zero Paints ZP-3014
Professional, two-component (2K) catalyzed primer in gray color, specially developed for car and motorcycle modelers. The product features exceptional adhesion to various surfaces, including metal, plastic, and resin, making it a foundation for high-quality paint coatings.
The set consists of three components with a total capacity of 190 ml:
- 100 ml of gray primer (Grey Primer)
- 60 ml of dedicated thinner (Thinner)
- 30 ml of hardener/catalyst (Hardener)
Preparation and application instructions:
- The recommended mixing ratio is 4 parts primer to 1 part catalyst.
- Add 10% to 30% thinner to the mixture to adjust the viscosity for the airbrush nozzle.
- The pot life of the mixture is approximately 15-20 minutes. After this time, the product hardens and is no longer suitable for painting.
- The recommended drying time between layers is 15 minutes.
- The primer achieves full sanding capability after 24 hours.
The Zero Paints primer provides a perfectly smooth, matte surface that highlights any imperfections of the model before applying the base color. Thanks to the 2K formula, the coating is extremely hard and resistant to aggressive solvents found in automotive paints.
