Description
Polish Air Force Su-22M4 Paint Set 6x17ml Hataka HTK-CS47
Acrylic paint set from the Orange Line series (Lacquer Based), designed for painting Su-22M4 and UM3K aircraft in the colors of the Polish Air Force. The set includes colors corresponding to the standard camouflage scheme (the so-called NATO scheme), which was used on Polish aircraft from the late 1990s until around 2015.
In the 1990s, the Polish fleet of Su-22 aircraft began undergoing repairs at the WZL-2 facilities in Bydgoszcz. In 1997, a new paint scheme was tested and approved on the aircraft with the side number "3214". Since then, all operational Su-22M4 and UM3K aircraft received this distinctive, multicolored camouflage. It was not until 2015 that a decision was made to replace it with a two-tone gray paint scheme, similar to that used on F-16 aircraft.
The set includes 6 bottles of 17ml each:- HTK-C150 Blue-Green (FS35414) - color of the lower surfaces of the aircraft after repair at WZL-2.
- HTK-C151 Grey Olive (RAL 6006) - base color of the upper surfaces of the camouflage.
- HTK-C152 NATO Green (FS34094 / RAL 6031 F9) - used in the camouflage of the upper surfaces.
- HTK-C188 NATO Brown (FS30051 / RAL 8027 F9) - used in the camouflage of the upper surfaces.
- HTK-C125 NATO Black (FS37030 / RAL 9021 F9) - used in the camouflage of the upper surfaces.
- HTK-C078 Aluminium - color of the natural metal of the rear fuselage and movable parts of the variable geometry wings.
