This plastic model kit represents the Russian heavy infantry fighting vehicle TBMP T-15 Armata in 1:72 scale. The set is produced by Zvezda.

T-15 Armata is a prospective Russian infantry fighting vehicle developed on the basis of the universal tracked platform Armata. The vehicle was first publicly presented during the Victory Parade in Moscow in 2015. The T-15 features tank-level armor and an active protection system called Afganit, allowing it to engage in combat alongside T-14 Armata tanks.

The vehicle's armament includes:

• 30 mm 2A42 automatic cannon
• 7.62 mm machine gun
• Kornet-EM anti-tank guided missile launchers

The T-15 was developed as a successor to the BMP-1 and BMP-2 family of vehicles. The vehicle weighs approximately 48 tons, making it heavier than the T-90 tank, but this provides the crew and dismounts with a very high level of ballistic protection. It is powered by a diesel engine with an output of about 1500 HP, enabling it to reach a maximum speed of around 65-70 km/h.
