Description
Plastic military model kit: Sd. Kfz. 234/4 1:72 Italeri 7047
Another name: Schwerer Panzerspähwagen (7.5 cm PaK 40). This is a German self-propelled gun based on an armored vehicle chassis.
The first prototypes were created in 1944, while production lasted until 1945, during which 89 units were produced.
The gun was equipped with a V12 engine (Tatra 103) with a power of 210HP, reaching a maximum speed of 90km/h on the road, and having a range of up to 1000km. The crew of the vehicle consisted of 4 people.
The armament of this gun included:
- 7.5cm PaK 40 anti-tank gun (caliber 75mm)
- MG 42 machine gun (caliber 7.92mm)
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. For assembly, separately sold modeling tools are needed (including cutters, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and plastic model glue (e.g. Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
