The Kleiner Panzerbefehlswagen (Sd.Kfz 265) was a German light command tank from the World War II era. The first prototypes of the vehicle were created in 1935, and mass production lasted from 1935-1938, resulting in about 200 units being manufactured. The vehicle was based on the chassis of the Pz.Kpfw I Ausf. A or B tank. To adapt it to the command role, the turret was dismantled and replaced with a fixed casemate housing a command compartment and long-range radio sets.

The Sd.Kfz 265 saw its combat debut during the Spanish Civil War. During World War II, it participated in the September Campaign, the French Campaign, and fighting in the Balkans and North Africa. It also served in the initial phase of the attack on the Soviet Union before being withdrawn to training units at the turn of 1941 and 1942.
