Description

The model mat CM-A3 is a "self-healing" universal cutting mat. The mat is double-sided, with a centimeter scale printed on one side and an inch scale on the other side.

The mats from the CM series (Craft Mats) are designed for cutting with rotary knives, scalpels, as well as segment knives.
However, they are not recommended for cutting with high force using segment knives models HB and LB.

The mats effectively protect the blade from dulling too quickly and the tabletop from damage.

The mats have a three-layer construction. The hard middle layer prevents the mat from being cut through, while the outer layers are soft, allowing the knife blade to sink into them during cutting, effectively slicing through the material;
The surface of the mats is slightly textured, which prevents the material from slipping, and the permanently printed scale facilitates cutting.

OLFA mats are produced using a unique technology exclusively in Japan from specially selected high-purity materials. This gives them particularly high durability and guarantees maximum blade lifespan.
