A plastic model kit representing the American multi-role shipboard helicopter Kaman SH-2F Seasprite in 1:48 scale. The kit prepared by Kittyhawk (code KH80122) is a modern "new tool" design from 2013, characterized by high detail and rich additional equipment.

The Kaman SH-2 Seasprite was designed in the 1950s for the United States Navy (US Navy). The SH-2F version, known as "LAMPS I" (Light Airborne Multi-Purpose System), entered service in 1973. It was an upgraded version intended primarily for anti-submarine warfare (ASW) and search and rescue (SAR) missions. These helicopters operated from the decks of destroyers and frigates, serving as a key element of fleet protection against underwater threats during the Cold War.
