Description
Spherical Model Vise with Angle Adjustment and Modular Clamps DSPIAE AT-SV
General Characteristics:
- High precision model vise designed for stable holding of details and figures during painting, sculpting, sanding, and other precision work.
- The design allows observation and processing of the clamped element at any angle (no dead angle).
Spherical Design and Functionality:
- Ball: The central part of the vise made of steel weighing about 2 kg, ensuring high stability and vibration damping.
- Range of Motion:
- 360° rotation in the horizontal plane.
- Lateral tilt up to 135° (left and right).
- Base: Stable, anodized, in red color.
- Operating Modes: Ability to switch the upper hemisphere's operating mode to fixed or rotating using a special adjustment hole.
Clamping Mechanism (Jaws):
- Precision: Made using CNC technology, with a minimal error of up to 0.002 cm.
- Materials: The clamps are made of metal (the upper part consists of two half-cylindrical jaws).
- Clamping Size: The range of diameters of clamped parts is within 87 mm.
- Holes and Pins: The jaws have numerous holes for inserting provided transparent clamping rods.
- Clamping:
- Ability to clamp elements using adjustable pins, often with the use of silicone sheaths to protect surfaces from scratches.
- Small parts can be clamped directly in the central clamping slot.
- The slots have a cross groove with a triangular profile, a depth of 0.64 mm, and a maximum width of 1.27 mm, for secure holding of small cylindrical elements.
