Description of the actual missile: Hai Hong Qi-10 (HHQ-10) is a Chinese short-range and very short-range missile system that entered service in 2012-2013. The missile is approximately 200 cm long, has a diameter of 120 mm, and weighs about 20 kg, of which the warhead weighs 3-4 kg. The maximum range of the missile is 9000 meters, and it can engage targets at altitudes of up to 6000 meters.

The HHQ-10 system was developed by the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) for the Chinese navy. Development began around 2005. The HHQ-10 missiles are based on the air-to-air missile TY-90 but have a larger diameter and a modern guidance system. This system is capable of engaging water-to-water missiles, helicopters, and aircraft. In the Chinese navy, the HHQ-10 is mounted on Type 056 corvettes, Type 052D destroyers, Type 055 guided missile destroyers, and the Liaoning and Type 001A aircraft carriers.
