Description
Plastic military model kit: Tiger I Mid Production 2 in 1 with full interior, clear parts, and workable tracks 1:35 Rye Field Model 5152
The Pz.Kpfw VI (Sd.Kfz.181) Tiger is a German heavy tank from World War II, one of the most famous combat vehicles of that time. Work on a new heavy tank accelerated after clashes on the Eastern Front with the Soviet T-34 and KV-1 designs. On April 20, 1942, the VK 4501 (H) prototype underwent proving ground tests and was directed to mass production. The Tiger I was characterized by powerful armor reaching up to 120 mm and a very effective 88 mm KwK 36 L/56 gun, making it one of the most dangerous opponents on the battlefields of Tunisia, Normandy, or the Eastern Front.
The advanced plastic model from Rye Field Model (RFM) depicts the mid-production version (Mid Production). This kit stands out for its extraordinary detail and rich content, offering modelers the opportunity to build a replica with a full representation of the internal compartments.
Main features of the kit:- Full Interior: Comprehensive representation of the engine, fighting compartment, and crew stations.
- Clear Parts: Allow for the display of interior details after the model is assembled.
- Workable Tracks: The set includes link-and-length tracks that remain movable after assembly.
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Does not include paints or glue. For assembly, you will need separately sold modeling tools (including nippers, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and glue for plastic models (e.g., Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
