Ultimate Su-33 "Flanker-D" Paint Set 6x17ml Hataka HTK-AS83
Acrylic paint set from the Red Line series, optimized for airbrush painting, containing the standard colors of the Su-33 fleet in service with the Russian Naval Aviation.
The Sukhoi Su-33 Flanker-D (initially known as Su-27K) is a twin-engine air superiority fighter based on aircraft carriers, belonging to the Su-27 family. The Su-27K project began in 1978 as part of a broader plan to increase the Soviet Union's presence at sea. The first two prototypes were produced in 1986-87. The aircraft, piloted by the famous Russian test pilot Viktor Pugachev, made its maiden flight in August 1987 at the NITKA training center in Crimea. The Flanker-D entered service with the Russian Navy in the mid-1990s, and its official introduction took place in 1998 under the new name Su-33.
The set includes 6 bottles of 17ml with the following colors:
- HTK-A283 Dark Grey-Blue – the best equivalent of the color used since 2006 on the upper surfaces of the Su-33 fleet camouflage
- HTK-A284 UN Blue – the color used on the upper surfaces of the camouflage of Russian Su-33s
- HTK-A285 Faded Blue-Grey – the color used on the upper and lower surfaces of the camouflage
- HTK-A101 Traffic White – the color of the translucent elements in the current camouflage
- HTK-A103 Traffic Red – the color of the internal surfaces of the landing gear bays, air brake, and doors
- HTK-A221 Willow Green – the color of the wheels of most Russian military aircraft, including the Su-27 family
