During World War II, Case was one of the key suppliers of military equipment for the American army and its allies. From 1941 to 1945, the factory produced over 15,000 special military tractors in about 40 different variants and over 4,000 engines for tractors. The Case Tractor was used for a variety of tasks, from towing artillery to transporting materials and providing engineering support.
