U.S. Olive Drab Paint Set 6x22ml Lifecolor CS11
This acrylic paint set is dedicated to painting American military vehicles in the characteristic Olive Drab color. This color was the standard paint of the U.S. Army from pre-war times, throughout World War II, until 1950.
The set includes six shades that allow for an accurate representation of various variants of this color, including base colors used in specific years and effects of fading and aging of the paint coating.
Contents of the set:- UA 219 Olive Drab FS 33070 - base color used until 1943
- UA 220 Olive Drab 319 - matte base color from 1944-1945
- UA 221 Khaki Olive Drab FS 34088 - khaki shade used in 1944-1945
- UA 222 Olive Drab FS 34088 - color used until 1950
- UA 223 Olive Drab Faded Type 1 - faded shade, type 1
- UA 224 Olive Drab Faded Type 2 - faded shade, type 2
- Airbrush: Dilute with Lifecolor Thinner in a 1:1 ratio. Recommended working pressure is 0.8 bar or lower. Apply in thin layers.
- Brush: Slightly dilute with water or dedicated thinner. For best results, it is recommended to use a wet palette.
- Tools should be cleaned with water or dedicated cleaning fluid immediately after finishing work.
