The F-35B Lightning II is a key component of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) aviation and allied naval forces such as the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). Thanks to its unique propulsion system with a swiveling engine nozzle and lift fan, this aircraft can operate from the decks of small aircraft carriers and improvised forward operating bases.
Kit for self-assembly and painting. Paints and glue are not included. Assembly requires separately sold modeling tools (including sprue cutters, files, tweezers), paints, brushes, and plastic model cement (e.g., Tamiya Extra Thin Cement). The photo shows a professionally assembled and painted model.
