An enhancement set containing a wooden deck designed for the 1:350 scale model of the escort aircraft carrier USS Gambier Bay (CVE-73). The product was prepared by Hasegawa, which guarantees a perfect fit for the dedicated model from this manufacturer.

The USS Gambier Bay was an American Casablanca-class escort aircraft carrier that entered service in 1943. This ship made history during the Battle of Leyte Gulf in October 1944, as part of Task Unit 77.4.3, known as Taffy 3. It was the only American aircraft carrier sunk by surface ship gunfire during World War II.
