About the VAB 6x6 vehicle: VAB (Véhicule de l'Avant Blindé) is a French armored vehicle that gained popularity due to its versatility and reliability. Although originally designed as a 4x4 vehicle for the French army, the 6x6 version is often exported, especially to African countries and the Middle East, due to its better off-road capabilities.

The VAB 6x6 has been widely used in combat operations and peacekeeping and stabilization missions, especially under the UN and NATO. During the mission in Bosnia, where between 200 and 400 VAB vehicles were constantly present, their availability exceeded 90%, and maintenance was limited to routine interventions.
