Before using Vallejo Xpress Color paint, it is recommended to apply a white (or possibly gray) primer. Like other Vallejo products, these paints can be applied over any other products from the manufacturer's range. You can also easily mix and dilute the colors (using Xpress Medium) to achieve new colors and shades.
