Vallejo acrylic paint from the True Metallic Metal series in Celestial Violet (77.149) is a specialized Shade type product, developed for advanced shading of metallic surfaces. This formula is a darker, non-metallic version of its corresponding base tone, allowing for color consistency while deepening details.
Characteristics and application:
- Intended for application over Base colors to achieve realistic chiaroscuro effects.
- It has a satin finish that does not dull the natural shine of the underlying metallic layers.
