Plastic model airplane to assemble: VF-11B Thunderbolt w/ Rocket Booster Macross Plus 1:72 Hasegawa 65891

The plastic model to assemble depicts the VF-11B Thunderbolt fighter jet in a configuration with rocket booster engines, known from the OVA series “Macross Plus”. The set allows you to build the test machine “Chaser 1”, which was piloted by Isamu Dyson during comparative tests with the YF-21 prototype.

The set includes new plastic parts, including rocket booster modules mounted on the upper and lower surfaces of the fuselage, closed landing gear covers, and a special support for the display stand. The front parts of the boosters are made of transparent blue material. The model is intended for presentation in flight, which is why the package includes a dedicated “Macross Stand” base.
