Historical background:
Mikasa is a Japanese pre-dreadnought battleship that served as Admiral Heihachirō Tōgō's flagship during the Russo-Japanese War, including the famous Battle of Tsushima in 1905. Today, Mikasa serves as a museum ship in Yokosuka and is the only surviving example of a pre-dreadnought battleship in the world.
